Give us a call. We’ll listen to what your loved one needs, then set up visits to communities we’d be happy living in ourselves, and someone from our team goes with you. We look for places with memory care, so no one has to move twice. The community pays us, not you.
Can you help clean out my parents’ house?
Yes. Our team helps you sort, pack and clear out, one room at a time. When it’s the whole house, my estate sale company, North Bay Estate Sale, can help with that too.
Where do we even start with downsizing?
With a free home visit. We’ll walk through the house with you and make a simple plan together. You don’t have to have it figured out before you call.
Mom is moving to assisted living. What happens to everything in the house?
We help you decide what comes with her and what doesn’t. For what’s left, we’ll help you find the right way to handle it, and nothing personal like photos or letters ever goes in a sale.

Do you know someone who can help Mom with her phone, tablet or AI?
Yes. We know someone patient who teaches seniors how to use their phone, make video calls with the grandkids, and try simple AI tools. Just ask.
